These guys were excellent. They picked up and dropped off my computer. They called me every step of the way and didn't do a thing with my computer without my say so. The repaired machine runs better than ever and I would not hesitate to call them again.

I was extremely impressed with the service i received from PC Express. I phoned and was able to get someone to come and see my laptop that day! This is extremely rare for services so i was already impressed. A servicer came during the timeslot i was allocated and was not late. He also phoned me to let me know where he was before he arrived.
He was able to remove the virus that had infected my computer and miraculously to recover all of my data that was supposedly lost! And if the files could not be found, i was offered an alternative to retrieve the files from the lab.
On top of that, the servicer also cleaned up my system and ran some checks!
Overall i was surprised and delighted with the service i received which had my laptop up and running in no time!
